There is no contact form on this site, and there never will be, because a form would mean collecting personal information we have no use for. Email reaches the people responsible for the site directly.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. Send the page address and what you believe is wrong. Factual errors are fixed on the page.
  • Questions about our commercial arrangements. The affiliate disclosure page answers most of them; anything it does not, we will answer by email.
  • Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion requests relating to information we hold about you, handled as described in the privacy policy.
  • Rights holders. If you represent a brand named on this site and something here misstates your product or its status, write to us and we will deal with it promptly.

What we cannot help with

We are not a game publisher, a platform or a support desk, and we have no access to anyone's game account. Requests of the following kinds have to go elsewhere, and we would rather say so here than waste your time.

  • Account problems, refunds, bans or technical support for a game. These go to the publisher of that game, through its own support channels.
  • Purchase disputes. The ACCC publishes guidance on consumer rights and lists the state and territory consumer protection agencies that handle individual complaints.
  • Scam reports. Report these to Scamwatch, run by the National Anti-Scam Centre.
  • Serious online abuse or child cyberbullying. The eSafety Commissioner operates the relevant complaints schemes.
  • Privacy complaints about another organisation. The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is the Australian privacy regulator.

If a message is urgent and concerns someone's safety, contact the relevant emergency service in your state or territory rather than writing to a website.
